We help project and business owners deliver their business plans by raising private funding from institutional investors and lenders, securing strategic partners, expanding or eventually exiting through M&A or IPO. On the other side of the market we help investors identify and select projects and special situations which meet their needs, and advise them on the execution of their investments. We generally partner with our clients in a long term relationship, and where appropriate we take equity in them.

Our team and activities span Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Australia and Asia Pacific, and the Americas. We are particularly active in frontier and emerging markets, especially those of sub-Saharan Africa.
