LOU SAMPANIS
based in Warsaw has 25 years of experience in the international capital markets where he has advised corporate and financial institutions with respect to capital raising. Working from Bank of America’s New York and London offices he assisted European issuers with accessing the private and public US debt markets. Subsequently he led a London-based team at Deutsche Bank that worked directly with European issuers and US institutional investors to arrange privately placed long-term bond transactions. Most recently he has specialized in financing for emerging markets companies and investments in corporate international litigation claims. He has a BSc in Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from The Wharton School.
