THILO HOFFMANN
based in Barcelona has more than fifteen years’ experience as a senior corporate adviser within the renewable energy, clean technology and related industries. His focus has been on fundraising and guiding public and private companies through corporate transactions. He worked for several banks and corporate finance firms including WestLB, Landsbanki, Libertas and EGR Broking. He holds a BSc in Biochemistry and Biophysics from Oregon State University, spent some years in cancer research at the Terry Fox Laboratories in Vancouver, Canada and received an MBA in Finance and Management from Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College.
