PLC he gained an in-depth working knowledge of the Takeover Code, Listing Rules, Prospectus Rules, DTRs and AIM Rules and has accumulated many years’ experience of transaction management and co-ordination working closely with broking/sales teams, lawyers, accountants, receiving agents, regulators and other specialists. His fee generating assignments include 139 M&A transactions, 63 of which were subject to the Takeover Code, 72 new issues of securities and a large number of other assignments such as capital reconstructions, debt advisory services, introductions to Listing and to AIM, rescue operations and defences of hostile takeover attempts.
