BRETT CLARK
is our Partner based in Australia, from where he heads Brigg Macadam’s activities in the Asia Pacific capital markets. He has over 25 years’ experience in the mining and energy sectors in funding, operations and advisory, with Rio Tinto Iron Ore, WMC Resources Limited, Iron Ore Company of Canada, and subsequently with Ernst and Young, Tethyan Copper Company Pty Ltd, Barrick Gold and Antofagasta PLC, Oakajee Port and Rail, Mitsubishi Development and Murchison Metals. He has also worked as an investment banker in the US and Asian capital markets, encompassing middle markets and structured debt, equity and mezzanine transactions. He is currently chairman of Avenira Limited, an ASX-listed battery cathode and fertiliser focus project developer. He holds a BEng from Curtin University in Western Australia and a Graduate Diploma of Business Management and Finance from Deakin University in Victoria.
