Founded in 2003, we have been active since then across Western and Eastern Europe, Africa and Western Asia from our head office in London.

We have a particularly strong record in Africa, where we have executed assignments in Angola, Cape Verde, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Ghana, Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Nigeria, the Republic of Congo, Senegal, South Africa, Tanzania and Zimbabwe. In Africa we have completed a number of fundraisings outside our core sectors, including raising $250 million for the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe, and $80 million for Afreximbank.

In 2019 we added to our team a partner based in Perth, Western Australia, and we now have three large financing transactions underway in Australia, and one in the Philippines.
